Springtime Mimosas

 

Lovely for a spring brunch...
 

1½ cups 

 

fresh blood orange juice (or regular orange juice)

 

6 tsp 

 

crème de cassis

 

750 ml. 

 

bottle chilled sparkling wine

 

6 orange 

 

peel strips

 

 

Pour ¼ cup juice into each of 6 glasses. Add 1 teaspoon crème de cassis to each. Fill with sparkling wine. Garnish with peel.
