 Strawberry-Citrus Yogurt Smoothie

 

Great for breakfast, or any time of the day...
 

2 cups 

 

nonfat vanilla yogurt

 

1 cup 

 

fresh squeezed orange juice

 

3 cups 

 

fresh strawberries, halved

 

1 cup 

 

crushed ice

 

2 Tbs 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

1 tsp 

 

fresh lemon zest

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Serve in frosty glasses garnished with a sliced strawberry or sprig of mint.

 

Servings: 2

Yield: 2 large smoothies, or 4 small
