Garnish with a wedge of lime and a celery rib...
 

1 46oz. 

 

can tomato juice

 

˝ 10ľoz. 

 

can beef broth

 

1˝ Tbs 

 

horseradish

 

1 tsp 

 

celery salt

 

2 tsp 

 

salt

 

1 tsp 

 

freshly ground black pepper

 

ľ oz 

 

Worcestershire sauce

 

9 oz 

 

Vodka

 

 

 

lime wedges

 

 

 

celery ribs

Mix all ingredients in a freezer-safe bowl except vodka and lime/celery.  Cover with foil and place in freezer.  Keep in freezer until ready to serve.

One hour before serving, take bowl out of freezer and let thaw until mixture is slushy. Salt the rims of six 10oz. glasses. Pour 1˝oz. vodka in each glass. Fill with slush and stir. Garnish with lime wedges and celery, and serve.
