Cranberry Ginger Cocktails

 

 

A spicy spin on the Cosmo...
 

½ cup 

 

vodka

 

¼ cup 

 

ginger beer

 

3 Tbs 

 

thawed cranberry juice cocktail concentrate

 

3 tsp 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

¼ tsp 

 

ground ginger

Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into two Martini glasses.

Garnish with a slice of crystallized ginger.
