Pineapple Margaritas
 

Pineapple Margaritas

 

A bit of a Caribbean flavor...
 

1 cup 

 

good tequila

 

6 Tbs 

 

triple sec

 

¼ cup 

 

fresh lime juice

 

1 cup 

 

pineapple juice

 

4 tsp 

 

granulated sugar

 

 

 

crushed ice

 

 

 

lime slices (optional)

 

 

Place all ingredients (except ice and lime) in a pitcher. Add ice; stir vigorously until blended. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.

 

Servings: 4

 

 Cooking Tips

*This drink may also be blended.

**To serve in salt-rimmed margarita glasses, rub lime juice on the rims of the glasses, place margarita or sea salt on a plate, and dip rims into the salt.
