Pineapple- Tequila Spritzer
 

Pineapple- Tequila Spritzer

 

A bit lighter than a margarita...
 

1/3 cup 

 

chilled pineapple juice

 

3 Tbs 

 

tequila (preferably 100% blue agave tequila plata)

 

1 Tbs 

 

Triple sec or other orange liqueur

 

 

 

club soda

 

 

 

lime wedge

 

 

In a tall cocktail glass, stir together the pineapple juice, tequila, and Triple Sec. Fill the glass with ice. Add a splash of soda, squeeze the lime wedge into the glass, and serve immediately.
