ice filled with delicious tea makes for a cool summer
afternoon...

lemons, juiced |

|

boiling water |
|

Earl
Grey loose tea, or 4 teabags |

handful of mint leaves |

cold
water |
|

Combine
sugar, lemon juice and 2 cups boiling water.
Steep for 15 minutes. |

In another
container, combine tea, mint and 2 cups of
boiling water and steep for 15 minutes. |

Remove mint
and strain both mixtures. Add 4 cups of cold
water. Chill for several hours before serving. |
