orange juice concentrate, thawed |

bottle of sparkling wine or champagne,
chilled |

Place tea
bags in boiling water. Cover and
let steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea
bags. |

Stir in
sugar and juice concentrate, stirring until
sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into
pitcher, cover and chill for at least 2
hours. |

When ready
to serve, stir in
champagne. |

Serve
immediately in champagne flutes or fancy wine
glasses. |
