 Apricot- Cream Cheese Finger Sandwiches

 

Sweet and delightful bites for an afternoon tea...
 

3 oz 

 

package cream cheese, softened

 

1 cup 

 

canned apricots, drained and chopped

 

¼ cup 

 

pecans, chopped finely

 

1 Tbs 

 

honey

 

1 loaf 

 

bread (whatever you desire)

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Spread desired bread with the mixture and top with another piece. Cut into small sandwiches, or use presses to create desired shapes.

 

Yield: 32 sandwiches

 

 Cooking Tips

*An easy press for finger sandwiches is to use the top of a narrow drinking glass.
