white albacore tuna (packed in water),
drained |

celery, finely diced |

Preheat
broiler. |

In a medium
bowl, combine all ingredients (except bread).
Toss with a fork until well-mixed. |

Place bread
slices on broiler pan. Divide tuna mixture
evenly among slices. Sprinkle cheese evenly over
tuna mixture. |

Place under
broiler and grill until the tops just begin to
bubble and are golden (4 minutes). Be careful
not to let the cheese brown too much. |

Serve
immediately. |
