 Turkey Melt

 

Loaded with flavor...
 

2 medium 

 

ripe avocados, peeled and mashed

 

2 Tbs 

 

mayonnaise

 

1 tsp 

 

garlic powder

 

8 slices 

 

bread (your preference)

 

1 lb 

 

deli turkey, thinly sliced

 

2 large 

 

tomatoes, sliced

 

1 medium 

 

red onion, sliced

 

8 slices 

 

bacon, cooked and patted dry

 

4 slices 

 

provolone cheese

 

3 Tbs 

 

butter, softened
salt and pepper

In small bowl, stir together avocado, mayonnaise and garlic powder. Spread mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with turkey, tomato, onion, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper and top half of bread.

Spread butter on one side of each sandwich. Place in large hot skillet, and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, or until golden.

Spread remaining butter on reverse sides, flip and repeat cooking process.
