sourdough baguette, sliced into 30-35
pieces (rounds or diagonals) |

Parmesan, asiago or romano cheese |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. |

Combine
butter, oil and garlic. Brush sourdough rounds
with butter/oil mixture and sprinkle with
cheese. |

Place on
cooking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until
golden. Cool and serve. |

Servings: 12
Cooking Tips:
*It's okay to use unsalted butter as the cheese will
have enough salt for flavor.
*Good olive oil is the key to having good flavor in
these rounds. |
