chopped Vidalia onion |

chopped plum tomatoes |

slices thick Italian bread, toasted |

Preheat oven
to 400 degrees F. Arrange toasted bread on large
baking sheet. |

In a medium
bowl, combine ham, onion, tomatoes, mayo and
mustard. Top bread with ham mixture. |

Bake until
heated through, 10-15 minutes. Let cool. |

Serve at
room temperature. |
