Preheat oven
to 425 degrees F. |

In a small
bowl, mix butter and garlic. Spread garlic
butter on both halves of the French bread and
sprinkle with Parmesan. Heat in oven until
cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven and
allow to cool slightly. |

Arrange
lettuce on bottom half of bread. Place layers of
ham, swiss, turkey, mozzarella, salami, and
provolone on top of lettuce. Add layers of
tomatoes, onions, black olives and green
peppers. |

Place the
remaining half of the bread on top. Put sandwich
on a cutting board and slice into individual
servings. Enjoy the game! |
