 Bloody Mary Slush

 

Garnish with a wedge of lime and a celery rib...
 

1 46oz. 

 

can tomato juice

 

˝ 10ľoz. 

 

can beef broth

 

1˝ Tbs 

 

horseradish

 

1 tsp 

 

celery salt

 

2 tsp 

 

salt

 

1 tsp 

 

freshly ground black pepper

 

ľ oz 

 

Worcestershire sauce

 

9 oz 

 

Vodka

 

 

 

lime wedges

 

 

 

celery ribs

Mix all ingredients in bowl except vodka and lime/celery. Freeze.

Thaw one hour before serving until mixture is slushy. Salt the rims of six 10oz. glasses. Pour 1˝oz. vodka in each glass. Fill with slush and stir. Garnish and serve.
