 Bloody Marys

 

A nice one for brunch, it also makes an excellent pre-dinner cocktail...
 

12 oz 

 

tomato juice

 

4 oz 

 

vodka

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

Worcestershire sauce to taste

 

 

 

tabasco sauce to taste

 

2 large 

 

fresh lemons, juiced

 

 

 

ice cubes

Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a cocktail shaker. Add 6oz. of tomato juice and ice cubes. Pour in two 1oz. shots of vodka. Add a couple drops of Worcestershire sauce and tabasco, as well as a pinch of salt.

Close the shaker and mix well. Pour into two tumblers, add a little ground pepper and serve.

Repeat process for two more drinks.

*Add celery stalks as garnish, if desired.
