 Hot Chocolate Deluxe

 

Added spices make this a delicious treat...
 

1½ cups 

 

cocoa mix

 

3 cups 

 

water

 

1½ cups 

 

milk

 

6 tsp 

 

sugar

 

pinch of 

 

salt

 

 

 

cinnamon to taste

 

½ tsp 

 

vanilla extract

 

 

 

ground nutmeg to sprinkle on top

Combine cocoa and water in a saucepan and simmer on stove for 10 minutes.

Stir in milk a little at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Stir for another 5 minutes.

Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.
