 Mocha Frappe

 

Definitely a dessert-like beverage...
 

 

 

ice cubes

 

7 oz 

 

double strength coffee, chilled

 

¼ cup 

 

chocolate syrup

 

2 Tbs 

 

vanilla syrup

 

 

 

fresh whipped cream, or ice cream for garnish

Place ice, coffee, and syrups in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a large, tall (chilled) glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

 

Yield: One 16oz. frappe
