 Wassail Punch

 

Fabulous holiday punch that gives your home a wonderful fragrance...
 

2 cups 

 

cranberry juice

 

1 12oz. can 

 

frozen tropical punch concentrate

 

2/3 cup 

 

granulated sugar

 

7 cups 

 

water

 

¼ package 

 

cinnamon sticks

 

¼ package 

 

whole allspice

 

¼ package 

 

whole cloves

 

1 46oz. can 

 

pineapple juice

In a large on medium heat. combine cranberry juice, punch concentrate, water and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Heat to boiling. Tie spices into cheesecloth bag. Add to liquid and simmer 20 minutes. Remove spice bag.

Just before serving, add pineapple juice. Pour into mugs and serve hot.

 

Yield: 1 gallon
