mango, peeled and cut into chunks |

plain nonfat yogurt |

sugar |

fresh lemon juice |

ice
water |

cubes |

Blend mangos
until puréed. Combine 1 cup of the purée, the
yogurt, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and
process until smooth. Add ice water and process
until well combined. Add ice cubes and process
just until the ice is crushed, adding additional
ice cubes if desired. |

Pour the
smoothie mixture into two frosted glasses. |

Garnish with
lemon slices and serve immediately. |
