Preheat oven
to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 5x9x3" loaf
pan. |

Cream sugar,
butter and eggs until light and fluffy. |

Sift
together dry ingredients. |

In a large
bowl combine vinegar with apples. Add creamed
mixture until mixed well. Add flour mixture and
combine until moistened. Fold in nuts. |

Pour into
prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from
pan and cool on wire rack. |
