Prepare topping: Mix
sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter
and blend until crumbly. |

Prepare muffins:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 18 muffin cups or line
with paper liners. |

Mix flour, sugar,
pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in a bowl using
an electric mixer until blended. |

Beat pumpkin, oil,
applesauce and eggs in a bowl using an electric mixer
until blended. |

Add flour mixture to
pumpkin mixture and mix just until moistened. Fold in
apples. |

Spoon batter into
prepared muffin cups and sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle
of muffin comes out clean. |
