butter, softened (1 stick) |

sugar |

sour
cream |

mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium) |

vanilla |

chocolate chips (mini chips are best) |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one loaf pan. |

In large
bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add
baking soda, sour cream, eggs, bananas and
vanilla. Blend well. Add flour until well mixed,
and then stir in the chocolate chips. |

Pour batter
into loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes, or until
toothpick inserted into the center comes out
clean. |
