melted butter |

sugar and cinnamon |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Grease 8x8" square pan. |

Sift flour,
sugar and baking powder into medium mixing bowl.
Set aside |

Break an egg
into a 1 cup measuring cup. Beat and add milk to
the top of the cup. Beat more. Add to dry
ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Mix in 3
Tablespoons of melted butter. |

Pour mixture
into prepared pan. Drizzle 3 more Tablespoons of
melted butter on top. Sprinkle with
cinnamon/sugar mixture. Stir slightly into the
batter to create a swirl effect. |

Bake 30-35
minutes.
