This is a
terrific recipe for those who are allergic to eggs!

Preheat oven
to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick
spray. |

bowl, combine dry ingredients. Blend in
remaining ingredients and pour batter into
muffin tins. |

minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center
comes out dry. |

it, but didn't love it- would
make it again. "These muffins were so easy to whip up in
the morning. They weren't very flavorful on their own, but with a
little butter and honey they were delicious. I substituted vanilla
yogurt for plain."
