unsweetened applesauce |

Two
10-ounce |

packages frozen strawberries, thawed and
drained |

Preheat oven
to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans. |

In a large
bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt and
sugar. |

In a
separate bowl, mix eggs and oil. Add liquids to
flour mixture. Mix just until moistened. Gently
fold in strawberries. |

Divide
batter into two prepared loaf pans. Bake for 1
hour, or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean. |
