In a large,
shallow pan, mix eggs, milk, vanilla and
cinnamon. Place bread slices in a single layer
in pan and allow them to soak up the liquid (can
be refrigerated overnight at this point). |

In another
large baking pan, melt butter in a 400 degree
oven. Arrange soaked bread in a single layer in
pan and bake for 15 minutes. Turn bread over and
bake for 15 minutes. Turn bread over and bake
another 10 minutes, or until the underside is
golden. |
