Brie and Canadian Bacon Quiche
 

Brie and Canadian Bacon Quiche

 

 

Creamy quiche with no crust...
 

10 sllices 

 

Canadian bacon (about 1 oz. each)

 

8 large 

 

eggs, beaten

 

½ cup 

 

mayonnaise

 

½ tsp 

 

white pepper

 

½ cup 

 

Parmesan cheese, grated

 

4½ ounces 

 

brie cheese, cubed

 

½ tsp 

 

dried Italian herb seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

Place Canadian bacon slices, slightly overlapping, around the side and the bottom of prepared pie plate. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, pepper, Parmesan cheese, Brie, and Italian seasonings. Pour mixture into pie plate over bacon. Bake for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes of baking, place foil over quiche to protect it from overcooking and drying out.
