Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Spray a pie plate with
nonstick spray. |

Mix corn and
tomatoes and pour into the pie plate. |

remaining ingredients with electric mixer until
smooth. Pour into plate over corn and tomato. |

Bake 35
minutes, or until knife inserted in the center
comes out clean. |
