Prepare a
shallow casserole dish by spraying it with
nonstick cooking spray. |

At least 4
hours before serving (or the night before), trim
crusts and cut bread into 1" squares. Cut cheese
slices into bite-size pieces. In the casserole
dish, alternate layers of bread and cheese. Pour
melted butter on top. |

Beat eggs
well; stir in salt and pepper, mustard and milk.
Combine thoroughly and pour over ingredients in
casserole. Cover (foil is ok) and refrigerate. |

One hour
before serving, put covered dish in 350 degree
oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 minutes
more until top is golden and puffy. |
