 Pineapple- Jicama Salsa

 

A fabulous salsa full of fresh flavors...
 

1½ cups 

 

diced fresh pineapple

 

1 cup 

 

diced jicama (peel removed)

 

½ cup 

 

diced red onion

 

¼ cup 

 

chopped fresh cilantro

 

¼ cup 

 

fresh lime juice

 

2 serrano 

 

chiles, seeded and chopped

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Chill until ready to serve.

 

Servings: 4

Cooking Tips:
 
*Great on top of fish, chicken or shrimp.  Also nice to have with tortilla chips.
