 Strawberry Butter

 

Terrific on toast, biscuits, muffins, pancakes or waffles...
 

1 pint 

 

fresh strawberries

 

½ lb 

 

unsalted butter, softened

 

1 cup 

 

powdered sugar

Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. If mixture appears to curdle, continue blending until it turns creamy.

Chill until ready to use.

 

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
