 Sweet Hot Mustard

 

Nice spread for ham sandwiches...
 

3 oz 

 

can of dry mustard

 

1 cup 

 

tarragon vinegar

 

3 large 

 

eggs

 

1 cup 

 

granulated sugar

Mix dry mustard and vinegar together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add mustard and vinegar.

In a double boiler, cook mixture until it becomes thick and boiling.

Pour into small gift jars. Refrigerate.
