crushed pineapple |

orange (juice and all grated peel) |

granulated sugar |

Soak dried
apricots in water overnight. |

Cook in the
same water until soft; mash thoroughly. Add
crushed pineapple, grated rind and juice of
orange. Stir in sugar. Cook, stirring
frequently, until mixture boils and thickens. |

Scoop into
jars and refrigerate. |
