jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped |

vinegar |

Certo |

green food coloring |

Place
peppers in food processor with vinegar. Blend
well. Pour into 3 or 4 quart saucepan. Add sugar
and mix well. Bring mixture to a rolling boil.
Boil 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Immediately
add Certo and food coloring. |

Pour into
sterilized jars and seal. Let cool. |
