It's nearly
irresistible...

mango, peeled and chopped |

jicama, peeled and chopped |

cucumber, chopped |
|
|

nectarine or peach, peeled and chopped |

cilantro, stems removed and chopped
finely |

white wine vinegar |

granulated sugar, or more or less to
taste |

Mix all
ingredients for mango salsa and set aside in the
refrigerator. Let flavors blend for at least 2-3
hours before serving. |
