|
fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and
chopped finely |

granulated sugar |
|

orange |

Use zester
to cut off outer skin of orange (just the orange
part, not the white pith). Set aside zest. |

Chop up
orange pulp (discard white pith) into small
pieces. |

In top of
double boiler mix peaches and sugar. Bring to a
boil. Add the orange pulp and rind, and simmer
for about 45 minutes. |

Pour into
jars and seal. |
