A delicious
variation of the same old salsa...

minced fresh pineapple |
|

cloves garlic, minced |

fresh mint, chopped |

fresh squeezed lime juice |

ground cumin |

cayenne pepper, to taste |

Mix all
ingredients well. Refrigerate and let flavors
blend for at least a couple of hours. |
