Preheat oven
to 325 degrees F. Spray 9x13" pan with nonstick
spray. |

In a medium
bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Stir
well. |

Prepare
crust: In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Stir in melted butter. Press slightly more than
half of crust mixture in bottom on prepared pan.
Spread on filling. Sprinkle on remaining crust
mixture. |

Bake for 20
minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into bars. |
