Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Spray 12x15" pan with nonstick
spray. |

In large
bowl, mix together 2 cups of brown sugar,
butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, pecans and
flour. Spread into pan. |

Bake 20
minutes (should be still soft). Remove from oven
and cool slightly before covering with frosting. |

To prepare
frosting, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, light
cream and butter in a saucepan and bring to a
hard boil for 1 minute. Add vanilla and stir in
enough powdered sugar until the mixture is
spreadable (approx. 1 lb). |
