 Easy Pecan Bars

 

Simple recipe and delicious!
 

4 large 

 

eggs

 

1 lb 

 

brown sugar

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla

 

2 cups 

 

biscuit mix (Bisquick is fine)

 

2 cups 

 

roughly chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x13" pan.

In large bowl, beat eggs and add sugar and vanilla. Stir in biscuit mix and pecans. Stir until moistened.

Pour into prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes.

Cool before cutting into squares.

*These are delicious with a dollop of real whipped cream.
