Preheat oven to
350°F. Grease cookie sheets, or line with parchment
paper. |

In a large bowl,
combine all ingredients (except chips and M&M's) and mix
with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in
chips and M&M's. |

Drop cookies by
heaping spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Gently
press down on each cookie to flatten a bit. |

Bake 10- 12 minutes.
Do not overbake. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets
until cookies are set. Transfer to wire racks; cool
completely before storing in an airtight container. |
