In a
medium-sized bowl, sift the flour, baking
powder, soda and salt together. |

In a large
bowl, cream butter with sugars. Add eggs to the
creamed mixture. Beat until smooth. Add the
flour mixture gradually to the creamed
ingredients. Then add vanilla, oatmeal and
chips. |

Drop small
spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
