A fresh,
cake-like cookie...

lemon extract |

fresh blueberries, picked over & stems
removed |

Preheat oven
to 375 degrees F. |

Cream butter
and sugar in large bowl. Add egg and lemon
extract. |

Gradually
add flour, alternating with milk addition. |
|

Carefully
fold in blueberries and drop batter 1 ½" apart
on greased cookie sheet. |

Bake 12-15
minutes.

|
Cooking Tips:
*Don't wash the blueberries! They tend to get
soggy and will provide too much additional moisture to
the cookie. If you absolutely must, rinse them
lightly and let completely dry before using.
