 Fudge Mint Squares
 

 Fudge Mint Squares

 

A delicious and rich brownie treat...
 

1 large 

 

fudge brownie mix

 

2 Tbs 

 

instant vanilla pudding mix

 

½ cup 

 

butter, softened

 

4 Tbs 

 

creme de menthe

 

2 cups 

 

powdered sugar

 

1 oz 

 

square unsweetened chocolate, chopped and melted

 

2 Tbs 

 

butter, softened

 

2 Tbs 

 

hot water

 

1 ½ cups 

 

powdered sugar

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla extract

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Bake and cool.

Mix next four ingredients and spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until firm.

Mix remaining ingredients and spread over mint layer. Let sit until frosting is set, and then cut into squares.

 

Yield: 24 squares
