eggs, slightly beaten |

fresh lemon juice

GLAZE: |
|

powdered sugar, sifted |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. |
|

In large
bowl, combine crust ingredients and mix at low
speed until crumbly. Press mixture evenly in
bottom of ungreased 13x9" pan. Bake 20-30 min.,
or until lightly browned. |

In large
bowl, combine filling ingredients. Pour over
crust. Bake 25-30 min., until top is light
golden brown. Let cool. |

In small
bowl, combine powdered sugar and enough lemon
juice for desired glazed consistency. Blend
until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars. |

Cut into
bars when glaze is set. |

Yield: 36 bars
