Prepare
Crust: Mix crumbs and butter. Lightly press into
a 9" springform pan with removeable sides. Bake
at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool. |

In large
bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until
creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until light
and fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate and
flavorings. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for
3 minutes after each egg. Fold in whipped cream
and spoon into cooled crust. |

Sprinkle
with chocolate and peppermint garnish. Cover and
chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove
sides of pan before serving. |
