 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

 

 

1½ cups 

 

crushed graham crackers

 

4 Tbs 

 

granulated sugar

 

5 Tbs 

 

melted butter

Combine crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a microwave-safe 8" pie plate, covering the sides and bottom.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, turning dish once. Chill before adding filling.

 
 

Yield: One 8" pie shell
