diced apples

FROSTING: |
|

powdered sugar |

cream cheese, softened |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x13" pan. |

Cream eggs
and sugar in large bowl. Add remaining
ingredients. |

Pour into
prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely. |

To make
frosting: Blend frosting ingredients together
well. Spread on cake, and sprinkle with nuts (if
desired). |
