Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9" pyrex pan with
nonstick coating. Set aside.

In large
mixing bowl, combine sugars, oil and egg whites.
Beat with a wooden spoon until well blended. Add
flours, oat bran, baking soda, and spices. Stir
just until moistened. Stir in shredded apples.

Pour batter
into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. If
desired, sift powdered sugar on top of cake. Cut
into small squares to serve.
